Homegrown Customs LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides residential remodeling, custom home building, and outdoor living construction services in Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati area.

Estimates, Consultations, and Scope of Work

Any information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Estimates, proposals, budgets, schedules, and timelines are non-binding until confirmed in a written agreement signed by both parties.

All work performed by Homegrown Customs is governed by a written contract or work order that defines the scope, pricing, allowances, change order process, schedule expectations, and payment terms.

Changes, Allowances, and Unforeseen Conditions

Construction and remodeling may involve unforeseen conditions (including but not limited to hidden damage, structural issues, plumbing/electrical conditions, moisture, mold, code requirements, material availability, or site access limitations). If unforeseen conditions are discovered, the scope, schedule, and price may change.

Client-requested changes, upgrades, substitutions, or additions may require a written change order and may impact pricing and timeline.

Scheduling and Project Timelines

Any project schedule provided is an estimate and may change due to weather, inspections, material lead times, trade availability, client selections, site conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate meaningful changes as they arise.

Client Responsibilities

To help keep projects on schedule and protect quality, clients agree to:

Provide timely access to the project site during normal working hours.

Respond to selection and approval requests promptly.

Keep pets, children, and non-essential visitors away from active work areas.

Secure personal belongings and valuables in the work area.

Disclose known conditions that may affect the work (prior leaks, previous repairs, etc.).

Payments and Deposits

Payment terms are defined in your written contract. Deposits, progress payments, and final payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

Past-due balances may result in delays, rescheduling, suspension of work, or additional fees as permitted by the contract and applicable law.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Consultation or appointment scheduling may be subject to rescheduling based on availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

If a signed project contract is canceled, cancellation terms will be governed by the written agreement and applicable law.

Warranties

Warranty coverage, if any, is defined in your written agreement. Homegrown Customs makes no additional warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing.

Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain products and materials and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

Site Content and Disclaimers

The Site may include general information, images, project examples, and educational content. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

Photos and project images shown may include optional upgrades, custom features, or materials that vary by project scope and budget.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites or tools. Homegrown Customs is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or performance of third-party sites or services.

Communications (Calls, Texts, Email)

By submitting a form, booking an appointment, or contacting us, you consent to being contacted by Homegrown Customs via phone, text message, email, or voicemail regarding your request and our services.

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional texts at any time by replying STOP (where applicable).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homegrown Customs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for use of the Site. Liability for contracted project work is governed by the written agreement.

Indemnification
